TO ORDER

Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase,

1. Leave a comment on the particular entry.
   
2. Your comment should include the item you're interested in as the 'Subject', and your e-mail in the 'Message' section.
   
3. For LJ-users, please comment with your username.
   
4. For non-LJ users, you will not be able to see your comment as it will be screened.
   
5. We will send you an invoice if the item you're interested in is still available.
   
6. Please note that the colours of apparels might differ in reality.
   

DELIVERY

1. Normal mail will be $1.50 per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item.
2. Registered mail is encouraged (add $2.50 on top of normal postage). Her Pre Loves will not be liable for any loss of item.
   
3. Meet-ups are available only at Dover and Boon Lay MRT Station at our convenient date and time.
   

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items are pre-loved and in good condition, unless otherwise stated.
2. All accessories featured on the models are not included, unless otherwise stated.
   
3. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
   
4. We do not do reservations of items.
   
5. Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item for 24 hours, and payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase.
   
6. Prices are non-negotiable.
   
7. All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
   

TO PAY

1. Once you receive our invoice, do make your payment within 24 hours. Shoppers who failed to pay within the time frame, items will be release for the next buyer and Tbe blacklisted for future purchases.
2. Mode of Payment - POSB/DBS Internet Banking or ATM Bank transfer to POSB Savings Account 183-20286-3.
   *No Interbank Transfer or PayPal service.
